Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate team outputs, including calls, emails, chats, and documents, for quality and accuracy. You will conduct regular quality audits and provide detailed, constructive feedback to team members and managers. You'll also develop and maintain quality scorecards and assessment frameworks in line with company standards, identifying recurring quality issues and collaborating with team leaders on corrective action plans. Tracking quality trends, reporting findings to management with actionable recommendations, assisting in the development of standard operating procedures and quality guidelines, and supporting onboarding and training programmes by contributing to quality benchmarks for new starters are essential aspects of this role. You'll maintain accurate records of all quality assessments and outcomes.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or similar review-based role. 2. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. 3. Professional written English communication skills. 4. Ability to deliver constructive, evidence-based feedback effectively in a remote setting. 5. Advantageous experience with QA tools, scorecards, or call monitoring systems. 6. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple assessments simultaneously. 7. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. 8. Familiarity with remote work environments and digital communication tools. 9. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
