Quality Assurance Engineer – III

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer III, you'll contribute to a team, enhancing your leadership and mentoring skills. With guidance, you'll ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and delivery goals. You'll engage with stakeholders, driving improvements in engineering processes and practices. A strong understanding of the business and customer needs is crucial. Responsibilities include estimating, designing, and developing test cases for manual and automated testing. You'll lead the development of test suites and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Proactively address automation needs, write boilerplate and exploratory test cases, and extend testing strategies for new functionalities. Participation in planning sessions and ensuring testable systems are essential, alongside supporting recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or relevant experience in place of education. 2. Experience as a test lead. 3. Test automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright. 4. Experience with Java, JavaScript. 5. Experience with aXe, pa11y. 6. Experience with Postman API, Rest Assured. 7. Experience with GitLab. 8. Demonstrates knowledge in testing methodologies.
