QSR & Retail Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a QSR & Retail Sales Manager to drive new business within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and retail sectors, focusing on multi-site enterprise accounts. The role involves building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline aligned with BANT criteria, executing outbound strategies such as targeted account penetration and cold outreach, and identifying competitive displacement opportunities. Responsibilities include developing account plans for national and regional QSR and retail brands, navigating complex organizations, working with channel partners, and articulating the value of iLOQ’s battery-free locking solutions. The manager will also quantify Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) benefits, maintain accurate forecasting, and ensure pipeline hygiene within the CRM system.

Qualifications

1. 5-10+ years of sales experience in physical security, access control, or multi-site retail/QSR technology 2. A proven track record of closing enterprise deals 3. Experience working with channel partners and distribution networks 4. A strong understanding of QSR and retail operational environments 5. Experience selling into brands like McDonald’s, CVS, T-Mobile is a plus 6. Strategic selling, executive communication, and financial acumen 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
