QA/QC Specialist

Job Description

CLEAResult is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of residential energy efficiency projects. This role involves scheduling appointments, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting thorough inspections and energy audits, and ensuring compliance with BPI standards and program specifications. Key responsibilities include: 1. Scheduling QA/QC appointments with program participants. 2. Coordinating with homeowners, building owners, or designated applicant representatives. 3. Conducting thorough QA/QC inspections and residential energy audits, including on-site verifications and electronic review of application and field data. 4. Ensuring all work complies with BPI standards, safety protocols, and program specifications. 5. Recording inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and ensure documentation aligns with program requirements. 6. Providing input and status updates to program staff and Quality Department leadership regarding inspection outcomes and compliance status. 7. Validating that in-field improvements meet the submitted scope and program standards using processes defined in established program QA/QC plans. 8. Communicating deficiencies to stakeholders and coordinating remediation. 9. Scheduling follow-up inspections as needed to verify resolution. 10. Managing, tracking, and reporting on the results of QA/QC activities. 11. Participating in investigations related to quality concerns, non-compliance, or customer complaints. 12. Analyzing findings and driving corrective actions and process improvements. 13. Supporting other quality control activities as needed, including documentation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. 14. Traveling throughout a defined territory to perform inspections and verifications. Company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

CLEAResult is looking for a QA/QC Specialist with the following qualifications: 1. High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred. 2. Industry-recognized technical certifications (e.g., BPI, RESNET) strongly preferred. 3. Experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance, or installation. 4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners and contractors. 5. Must be at least 21 years of age. 6. Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard. 7. If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
