QA Local Tester

Job Description

We're seeking a QA Local Tester to ensure our platforms meet high-quality standards for Croatian users. In this role, you will: - Perform manual testing on websites and digital platforms as a Croatian end user. - Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues meticulously. - Test general functionality on the websites, including registration and deposits. - Actively participate in QA testing and exploratory testing processes. - Collaborate closely with product, development, and QA teams to resolve issues effectively. - Provide valuable feedback on UX, UI, and localized content accuracy. - Support pre-launch release testing and conduct post-deployment checks to maintain quality.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have: 1. Good English proficiency. 2. Proven iGaming/Betting experience (as a CS, tester, KYC, content manager, or writer). 3. Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset. 4. Solid understanding of web functionality, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser testing techniques. 5. Familiarity with bug tracking and test case tools such as Jira, Trello, and TestRail. 6. Demonstrated ability to clearly document issues and communicate effectively with remote teams. 7. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
