Job Description

Lucoyo Health is seeking a Psychology Intern to actively shape our recruiting processes, from crafting job postings to screening candidates and managing applicant communication. You'll contribute to employee retention and motivation by fostering a positive work environment and conducting employee surveys. You'll also participate in planning and implementing People & Culture initiatives, attending digital team meetings, and joining team days every 3 months in a collaborative Airbnb setting.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in the field of psychology. 2. Have completed internships or gained comparable experience totaling more than 200 hours (advantageous).
