Provider Performance/Analytics Program Manager

Job Description

Centene Corporation is seeking a Provider Performance/Analytics Program Manager. In this role, you will support and lead high-impact, enterprise-level programs aimed at improving provider quality performance and patient outcomes through data-driven strategies. You will partner with executive leadership, quality, analytics, IT, and provider-facing teams to design, scale, and operationalize initiatives that advance value-based care. Responsibilities include optimizing performance metrics, delivering measurable ROI, managing multiple projects, maintaining detailed project documentation, providing leadership, and effectively communicating project status to stakeholders. Negotiation skills are essential for securing resources.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 2. Master’s degree preferred. 3. 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience. 4. Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred. 5. Provider performance and analytics-driven program management and reporting highly preferred. 6. Familiarity with data integrations or EHR-enabled performance reporting highly preferred. 7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
