Proposal Writer

Job Description

We are seeking a Proposal Writer to assist in all aspects of quote, budget, and proposal generation. Key responsibilities include generating draft proposals and budgets, reviewing quote requests, and collaborating with stakeholders from Business Development, Scientific Office, and Operations. The Proposal Writer will ensure timely delivery of assigned proposals to clients, revise quotes as directed, and estimate costs and labor needs. Maintaining knowledge of current scientific and regulatory environments and assisting with peer review processes are also essential.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or a related field is required. 2. A minimum of one year of experience in a regulated GxP scientific environment, including direct laboratory experience, is necessary. 3. Must possess a strong knowledge base in science, including the relevant regulations for the industry. 4. Preferred: Three years of experience in a regulated GxP scientific environment, including a combination of direct laboratory or support experience.
