Project Sales Representative
Job Description
FSS Technologies is seeking a Project Sales Representative to drive revenue through the sales of life safety and security solutions. This role involves: - Identifying and engaging new commercial clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and industry events. - Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to project close. - Collaborating closely with clients to assess their needs, design customized solutions, and present detailed proposals. - Delivering professional, in-person presentations and proposals to decision-makers. - Partnering with operations to ensure seamless project handoff and exceptional customer satisfaction. - Providing timely follow-ups and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. - Maintaining accurate records of activities, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system. - Staying up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance standards. - Participating in weekly sales training and mentorship sessions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: 1. 3+ years of proven sales experience in life safety, fire alarm, or security systems. 2. A strong understanding of NFPA codes, fire alarm systems, access control, and intrusion detection technologies. 3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 4. Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. 5. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. 6. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
