Job Description

Become a vital link, building rapport with project stakeholders. Confidently demonstrate your project management abilities. Manage the client relationship, including all client and internal communications, change processes, project initiation, timely completion, presentations, accounting, and close-out. Daily manage projects, covering database setup, team selection and coordination, financial tracking, invoicing, and cost controls. Ensure the delivered products and services meet high-quality standards. Produce error-free reports and presentations. Support software innovations, manage workaround solutions for software bugs. Help in revenue generation and maintain revenue goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction administration, facilities management, or a related field. 2. 5-10 years of experience in building assessments, capital planning, construction or building design project management, or facilities management. 3. Experience supporting government clients. 4. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 5. Consultative abilities and skills to manage multiple projects. 6. Quantitative abilities, including financial and/or construction estimating skills. 7. Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). 8. PMP, LEED, or CEM certifications are a plus. 9. Professional Engineer Licensure or Licensed/Registered Architect is preferred.
