Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of medium-to-large agency-wide projects, potentially involving IT initiatives. Responsibilities include directing, coordinating, and controlling technical and end-user staffing, managing project scope and costs, developing detailed plans and schedules, and ensuring effective work plan execution. Familiarity with PMBOK-based project methodologies is essential.

Qualifications

1. Five years of progressive experience in project management. 2. Four years of relevant experience and an Oregon Project Management Associate Certification. 3. Two years of experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 4. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 5. Advanced knowledge of project management methodology. 6. Self-motivated with teamwork skills. 7. Strong attention to detail. 8. Excellent communication skills. 9. Experience with user acceptance testing. 10. Knowledge of effort-based scheduling. 11. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
