Job Description

Engage daily with a designated leader within the organization. Offer guidance on navigating the reorganization, leveraging experience to advise on necessary actions, considerations, and communications. Provide specialized technical, functional, and consulting expertise for defining problems, conducting analysis, developing requirements, and implementing solutions for intricate systems or issues. Formulate recommendations and advise on enhancing organization-wide processes, optimizing efforts, or maintaining integrated financial management systems, specifically focusing on business process enhancement and risk management. Advise on improving organization-wide systems, optimizing efforts, or maintaining integrated complex financial management systems. Offer expert advice, conduct research analysis, and provide recommendations based on results. Support the documentation and refinement of management processes, including regular meetings with business leaders and development teams, and providing recommendations such as lessons learned and process enhancements. Assist documentation specialists in creating SOPs, guidebooks, and process maps as required.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree plus 10 years of experience OR a bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience. 2. Knowledge and proven work experience of how to ‘stand up’ a new organization. 3. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. 4. Strong command of MS Office tools. 5. Team building, organization, and leadership skills. 6. Strongest ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients. 7. Expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. 8. Strong attention to detail. 9. Strong analytical stills. 10. An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. 11. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
