Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful, timely, and within-budget implementation of complex projects. Act as a key contact for external partners, project sponsors, and vendors. Manage diverse projects, from SaaS implementations to IT initiatives. Collaborate across teams to drive change and maintain clear communication on high-value projects. Lead teams, coordinate resources, and proactively manage project aspects like schedule, scope, and risks. Ensure timely project delivery, maintain detailed documentation, and lead cross-functional meetings. Oversee project finances, resource plans, and operational transitions. Adhere to timelines, minimize risks, and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Manage budgets and vendor relationships, apply industry best practices, and measure project performance for continuous improvement. Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of project management experience. 2. Experience in government-sponsored healthcare or a similarly regulated industry. 3. Project Management software proficiency is preferred. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes. 7. Ability to work extended hours during peak periods. 8. Understanding of project management methodologies. 9. Experience communicating with external customers and vendors. 10. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. 11. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. 12. Critical and creative thinking abilities. 13. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 14. PMP Certification® is advantageous.
