Job Description
Take the helm as a Project Manager and Portfolio Leader, guiding a range of U.S. utility projects focused on grid modernization, electrification, reliability, and infrastructure growth. Mentor project managers and teams to enhance capabilities and promote excellence. Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement, supporting talent development. Engage with utility clients, build strong relationships, and align project delivery with their strategic goals. Oversee portfolio performance in safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost management, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction. Establish portfolio governance, including reviews, forecasting, and risk management. Ensure effective project execution, from planning to completion. Collaborate across departments to align resources and resolve issues. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, technical, and contractual standards. Support business growth by contributing to customer discussions and proposal strategies. Drive standardization and continuous improvement to optimize project outcomes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 10 years of experience in utility, transmission, or high-voltage EPC projects, with portfolio or senior project leadership. 3. Proven success in leading customer-facing project teams, ensuring operational and financial performance. 4. Strong management experience, including team leadership, coaching, and talent development. 5. Knowledge of project execution, governance, contract management, and risk mitigation. 6. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. 7. Customer-focused with experience building long-term relationships. 8. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. 9. Willingness to travel up to 25%. 10. Must comply with company travel and tax policies.
