Job Description

Become a key player in driving internal operations projects forward as a Project Manager at Argano. This role involves: - Supporting the planning and execution of internal projects from start to finish. - Keeping project schedules on track, monitoring milestones, and highlighting potential risks to senior managers. - Organizing meetings, setting agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-up. - Developing and maintaining project documents like status reports, risk logs, and detailed project plans. - Helping with resource management to ensure team members have clearly defined tasks. - Identifying and flagging potential risks, proposing solutions to senior managers, and monitoring risks throughout the project. - Clearly communicating project status to internal stakeholders within the Operations team. - Aiding in onboarding new projects into the project management tools and systems. - Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this Project Manager role, you'll need: 1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar support role. 4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. 5. Close attention to detail and consistent follow-through. 6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or ADO. 9. CAPM certification or active pursuit of PMP certification.
