Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will: • Spearhead and harmonize cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with the institution's objectives and regulatory mandates. • Craft and oversee comprehensive project blueprints, schedules, and monitoring mechanisms to facilitate successful project completion. • Keep tabs on project advancement, handle documentation, and deliver consistent updates and reports on progress. • Examine project metrics and produce reports to guide strategic choices and gauge performance. • Champion enhancements to processes by creating and refining workflows and resources. • Develop presentations, written communications, and online content pertinent to designated programs or initiatives. • Maintain orderly program records and ensure the precision and availability of project materials. • Undertake business research and analysis to underpin project planning and tactics. • Work alongside internal team members from various departments to further project aims and ensure clear lines of communication.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Project Manager position, applicants must meet the following criteria: 1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or an allied discipline is essential. 2. A minimum of four (4) years of increasing responsibility and directly related professional experience is required. 3. Mastery of Microsoft Excel is a must; familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms is advantageous. 4. Exemplary written and verbal communication capabilities, including the proficiency to formulate executive-level presentations and reports. 5. A firm grasp of project management tenets, coupled with the aptitude to steer numerous high-stakes initiatives and contending priorities. 6. Capacity to dissect intricate data, interpret and enforce an extensive array of guidelines and protocols, and uphold a strategic, holistic outlook. 7. Proven track record of exercising sound, independent judgment and arriving at well-reasoned conclusions. 8. Adeptness in cultivating and sustaining productive rapport with internal and external partners, conveying information professionally and effectively (inclusive of C-I-CARE principles).
