Project Manager – Implementations

Job Description

Take charge of complete service projects (encompassing implementation, specialized, and marketing services) for Censis clients, managing everything from initial contract to live deployment and subsequent support transition. Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects. Create and maintain comprehensive project strategies, schedules, key achievements, dependency tracking, and risk assessments. Direct, manage, and align duties within the project team. Work together with various teams to ensure successful project completion and high customer satisfaction. Organize and conduct meetings with clients and internal teams for project kickoffs, alignment, planning, progress updates, and readiness reviews. Communicate clearly with healthcare leaders, SPD/OR teams, IT staff, and hospital management. Spot possible risks, create plans to handle them, and escalate when required. Establish and maintain clear customer expectations regarding project scope, responsibilities, and timelines. Work with internal and external clients to quickly understand business needs and specifications. Ensure a smooth handoff to customer success and support teams after launch. Oversee scope changes and manage change requests, considering effects on schedule, resources, and expenses. Check business needs to find any differences between client requests and the CensiTrac product. Quickly find possible implementation problems like technical issues, workflow challenges, data problems, or resource limitations that might affect the schedule and earnings, and put strategies in place to fix them. Make sure all contractual duties, statements of work (SOWs), and implementation standards are followed. Be responsible for predicting revenue and scheduling, and providing updates on project status. Use data to track key metrics such as revenue generation, project speed, and customer satisfaction to ensure projects succeed. Make sure implementations use standard methods, templates, and industry best practices. Keep project documents up-to-date, including plans, decision logs, and key documents. Help improve processes in the implementations team by finding common patterns, gaps, and opportunities. Record lessons learned and customer input to make future implementations better. Serve as a collaborative leader, uniting internal teams with shared goals, defined roles, and timelines. Build solid relationships based on trust, accountability, and transparency to help teams thrive. Address cross-team dependencies, resource limits, and communication problems.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5-8 years experience in implementing software or managing software implementations. 2. Have experience with healthcare implementations. 3. Demonstrate exceptional presentation, communication, and training abilities. 4. Be well-organized and detail-oriented. 5. Show strong problem-solving capabilities. 6. Have excellent time management skills. 7. Be familiar and comfortable with computer systems and common software products. Certified in Project Management (Preferred) Experience implementing systems in healthcare environments (Preferred) Proficient in the use of Project Management software (Preferred) Experience with Salesforce and/or other project management software (Preferred)
