Project Manager III

Job Description

Lead cross-organizational teams, providing project management support on IT infrastructure projects. Support strategic initiatives, defining tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsible for overall project direction, coordination, and completion. Create and maintain project schedules. Meet with team members to balance demand and capacity. Track project costs, manage variances, and report progress. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain productive relationships. Document change control items, manage issues and risks. Ensure teams adhere to DevSecOps policies. Provide weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring contract deliverables are met.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of project management experience, 3 years in IT, or equivalent. 2. Pass pre-employment background check. 3. Pass pre-employment drug screening. 4. REAL ID ACT compliant documentation required. 5. Experience in project management of Infrastructure projects (Cloud, Networking, Data Centers, etc.). 6. Experience with Software/IT life cycles (SDLC). 7. SDLC knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 8. Minimum 2 years in an Agile environment. 9. Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps/Jira/Asana/Trello. 10. Understanding of websites, web applications, databases, servers, cloud solutions, Windows applications, and business process flows.
