Project Manager III – Accreditation

Job Description

Become a Project Manager III and steer accreditation initiatives at Centene. You will orchestrate multifaceted projects involving cross-functional teams and champion accreditation efforts, specifically coordinating with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Lead projects from conception to completion, encompassing needs analysis and meticulous scheduling. Employ project management methodologies to ensure efficient project execution. Document every step meticulously, from meeting minutes to detailed risk assessments. Communicate project progress clearly to all relevant parties and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to secure resources, solve problems, and manage potential risks.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. 2. Master's degree preferred. 3. 4+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or program management. 4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software. 5. Experience in leading diverse groups within matrix-managed settings. 6. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
