Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager to lead equipment projects for customers across the UK. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will partner with sales and applications teams, assess risks, and act as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships. Responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and milestones, resolving on-site challenges, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities: 1. Lead multiple projects across the UK, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 2. Partner with Sales and Applications teams during the pre-sales phase to assess risks, shape proposals, and support customer visits. 3. Act as the main point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Manage project scope, timelines, and responsibilities with clarity and confidence. 5. Plan and oversee key milestones including delivery, installation, and production start-up. 6. Attend customer sites for kick-off, pre-installation, and installation phases. 7. Resolve on-site challenges in collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and account teams. 8. Monitor project financials, forecasting costs, and protecting margins. 9. Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
Looking for a Project Manager with experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a customer-facing role and be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
