Job Description

Join Parexel as a Project Manager and lead both Parexel and Sponsor teams to create customized solutions for sponsors, utilizing your clinical research experience and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure outstanding operational performance and effective implementation of clinical operations and logistical strategies for Early Phase clinical trials and programs. 2. Oversee the financial management of projects, including revenue recognition, milestone payments, and monthly invoice processing. 3. Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, managing communication and relationships. 4. Direct study start-up activities, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency. 5. Guide projects to successful completion within established budgets and timelines, ensuring all contract requirements are met. 6. Supervise administrative closeout procedures and ensure thorough project documentation is archived. 7. Proactively identify potential project risks and implement effective contingency plans. Qualifications

To succeed as a Project Manager at Parexel, the requirements include: 1. Possess a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience within Parexel, or 3-5 years of experience in related fields. 2. Demonstrate experience as a Functional Team Leader or in coordinating clinical trials. 3. Have a strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and pharmaceutical industry regulations. 4. Demonstrate proficiency in MS-Office products. 5. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent work experience. 6. An advanced degree is preferred. 7. Additional business degree or PMP certification is advantageous. 8. A background in Scientific/Medical/Pharmacology is also considered an advantage.
