Job Description

Manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. Serve as the main contact for clients, offering guidance and strengthening relationships. Employ technical knowledge and project management skills for efficient results. Keep clients informed and direct internal teams. Facilitate meetings, forecast revenue, and collaborate with sales. Provide project reporting and build client relationships. Excel under pressure in a diverse team.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of eDiscovery project management experience. 2. Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills for building client trust. 4. Deep understanding of EDRM stages. 5. Knowledge of data management and best practices. 6. Familiarity with data privacy laws (FRCP, GDPR). 7. Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools. 8. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. 9. Autonomous problem-solving skills. 10. Strong attention to detail. 11. Technical and financial aptitude. 12. University degree preferred. 13. RCA certification is a plus. 14. Availability for after-hours and weekend work. 15. Regional travel may be required.
