Job Description

Lead and manage IT projects from start to finish. Ensure projects meet business goals and stay within budget and timeline expectations. Use methodologies like Waterfall and Agile/Scrum for project delivery. Gather and document both business and technical needs. Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and internal teams. Develop and refine business processes. Use ServiceNow for tracking projects and managing performance. Implement organizational changes, applying ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of project experience using PMBOK, SCRUM/AGILE. 2. Minimum 5 years implementing systems using software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC). 3. Minimum 5 years managing projects in a public sector IT organization. 4. PMP certification preferred. 5. DASM or PMI-ACP certification preferred. 6. Expert in Waterfall, Scrum/Agile project management. 7. Proficient in vendor relationship management. 8. Advanced knowledge in organizational change management. 9. Proficient in ITIL methodology.
