Project Manager – Applied Sciences

Job Description

Lead client-focused projects, ensuring meticulous planning, effective execution, and impactful results. Implement structured methodologies for seamless project onboarding. Cultivate strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Monitor and manage content deliverables within defined project scope. Assist in detailed project planning, organize task assignments, and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, and tracking systems. Manage SME payments in compliance with Sunshine Act reporting. Align budget forecasts with actual project activities, collaborating to establish initial budgets and maintain oversight in Workday. Facilitate clear communication across project teams to ensure objectives are met. Co-lead workgroups on multiple initiatives, gathering stakeholder feedback to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the healthcare sector. 2. Experience in managing, mentoring, and fostering professional development among team members. 3. Demonstrated financial acumen including budget tracking and reconciliation. 4. Experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. 5. Clinical and operational improvement experience. 6. Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Green Belt. 7. Bachelor’s degree required.
