Job Description

Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring plans are realistic and transparent. Effectively manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and potential issues. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, design, and BA. Maintain alignment with scope, budget, and project milestones throughout the delivery process. Drive efficient execution while upholding the highest quality standards. Establish strong, credible relationships with client stakeholders. Lead regular client communications, providing clear status updates and reports. Employ structured questioning to understand client goals, KPIs, and priorities. Anticipate potential challenges and proactively propose effective solutions. Apply commercial acumen to daily delivery decisions. Track progress against project scope and promptly address any risks to margin. Support the efficient allocation of resources and adherence to the project plan. Identify and communicate potential growth or upsell opportunities. Maintain and adapt delivery plans based on evolving priorities. Diagnose delivery challenges and implement practical, effective solutions. Confidently challenge assumptions to improve project outcomes. Balance competing priorities without compromising project momentum. Utilize data to inform decisions and monitor delivery performance. Provide clear and structured reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes. Translate delivery status into meaningful updates for both clients and internal stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Foster a collaborative and proactive working environment. Provide support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital or commerce agency. 2. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams. 3. Strong understanding of the full delivery lifecycle (discovery -> build -> QA -> launch). 4. Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments. 5. Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams.
