Job Description

Workiy Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the CIS Program. This role provides essential support to the Project Manager by maintaining reporting cycles and documentation standards, and ensuring clinical, project, and leadership coordination. The Project Coordinator identifies risks, adheres to processes, and integrates governance decisions across project workstreams. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Symbio governance framework and coordinating changes to Working Group membership.

Qualifications

1. Post-secondary education in a health-related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role. 3. Experience drafting and maintaining project documentation. 4. Proven ability to coordinate stakeholder groups. 5. Bilingualism in French and English (written and verbal) is preferred. 6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, Zoom, and Atlassian’s JIRA.
