Project Attorney
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Attorney to conduct legal document reviews. This role involves thoroughly reviewing legal documents such as contracts, emails, and memos to identify crucial information and assess its relevance to ongoing legal matters. Leverage your analytical skills and legal knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate seamlessly with legal professionals, manage reviewed documents efficiently, and perform targeted legal research to support case development. Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Qualifications
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. 2. Active and in good standing with the Bar Association in your relevant jurisdiction. 3. Home computer with broadband internet connection. 4. Understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures. 5. Proficiency in legal research, utilizing relevant databases and resources. 6. Excellent attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills. 7. Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software (e.g., Relativity, Reveal, Logikcull, etc.). 8. Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Teams, Word, and Excel. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 11. Prior experience or demonstrated understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information. 12. Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
