Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support our DOW Customers. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Supporting project administration, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and tracking activities. 2. Preparing kickoff materials, meeting minutes, reports, MSR inputs, and structured stakeholder notes. 3. Capturing meeting notes, decisions, risks, issues, action items, and follow-up requirements. 4. Maintaining project trackers, schedules, records, reports, and document repositories. 5. Tracking milestones, deliverables, staffing actions, transition activities, and financial reporting inputs. 6. Compiling technical, management, security, and financial information for stakeholder review. 7. Coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, attendance, and follow-up actions. 8. Supporting preparation and routing of approval packages. 9. Preparing trip reports documenting traveler information, approval authority, objectives, costs, and knowledge gained. 10. Organizing and submitting meeting reports, project records, and customer-facing documentation. 11. Identifying project issues, shortfalls, trends, and improvement opportunities. Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience: 1. 1-3 years of experience in a project support or analysis role. 2. Experience in project administration, program support, executive support, or related administrative functions. 3. Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and records. 4. Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, action items, and stakeholder inputs. 5. Ability to compile technical, management, security, financial, and project information into structured materials. 6. Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. 9. Ability to support controlled access to sensitive information. 10. Must be a U.S. citizen. Project Analyst candidates must be a US citizen.
