Project Accountant

Job Description

Join our team as a Project Accountant and play a crucial role in supporting our project managers. You will be responsible for managing contract documents, change orders, and amendments, ensuring the accuracy of project financial records. Your expertise will contribute to monitoring financial metrics, participating in project kick-off meetings, and supporting timely billing and collections. Collaborate with the finance team, provide guidance to project assistants, and ensure compliance with internal processes to ensure the success of global aviation projects.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of a two-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. 2. Must have 2+ years of professional experience in project cost accounting or project financial administration. 3. Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred. 4. Familiarity with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint is a plus. 5. Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
