Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III – Contractor

Job Description

We're looking for a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to help create and maintain our program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You'll analyze data and create reports to help program leaders make smart decisions. You'll also work on developing schedules for all contract work and conduct critical path and variance analyses, as well as Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA). You'll need to keep up with any contract changes and incorporate them into the IMS, following our guidelines. Lastly, you'll share schedule reports with stakeholders, providing useful insights and making sure everyone is on the same page.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience or Masters +3 years experience) is required. 2. Must have 5+ years of related experience. 3. Previous experience with Schedule Management, Industrial Engineering, management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management is crucial. 4. Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools is a must. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected. 7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. 8. Must be familiar with project management methodologies and tools. 9. Experience in preparing and presenting schedule reports to senior management is beneficial. 10. Past experience collecting data from various sources, conducting analysis, and communicating data is important. 11. Experience with advanced Excel features (i.e., Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) is needed. 12. Solid business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools are required. 13. Knowledge of DCMA compliance, schedule development, and management best practices is necessary. 14. Understanding of Master/Subproject Integrated Master Schedules is essential.
