Program Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to take charge of coordinating program delivery across multiple work streams, aligning with project goals and timelines. Responsibilities include the maintenance of program and process documents, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You'll coordinate IT, Business Unit (BU), and vendor meetings, tracking client's tasks, and reporting project status to the Executive team. You'll need to identify risks, issues, and impediments, maintain stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in Program and Project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment. 2. Quick learner and gets familiar with program vision. 3. Ability to conduct Executive-level meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership. 4. Experience with supply chain processes, methodologies and workflows. 5. Experience working with implementation vendors. 6. Strong understanding of Waterfall, Scrum/Agile principles and Kanban methodologies. 7. Excellent organizational and strong communicator (written and verbal). 8. Experience with managing a cross functional team that includes both full-time and part-time team members. 9. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 10. Experience with project documentation and management tools, such as Jira, is a plus. 11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks effectively.
