Job Description

Take the lead in comprehensive program management for intricate, cross-functional projects that significantly influence Styling and enhance the client's experience. Transform high-level strategies into well-defined project plans, establishing clear milestones, dependencies, and metrics for success. Facilitate seamless cross-functional execution across various teams, promoting alignment, maintaining consistent progress, and ensuring responsibility for adhering to established timelines and achieving desired outcomes. Actively identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and swiftly implement solutions to maintain project momentum. Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making, prioritize tasks, and ensure initiatives are rooted in tangible business impact. Enable the simultaneous advancement of multiple initiatives by improving coordination, enhancing clarity, and streamlining decision-making processes. Generate transparent, executive-level communications detailing progress, potential risks, and essential decisions. Manage the daily operational aspects of program execution, including monitoring progress, fostering accountability, and ensuring teams can operate efficiently within a complex, interconnected environment. Encourage change management and adoption through collaborative efforts with enablement and communications teams. Advocate for the integration of AI to optimize program workflows and promote data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

1. Possess 4-6+ years of experience in program management, operations, enablement, or a related role supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives. 2. Demonstrate a proven history of effectively managing projects from initial concept to final delivery, adeptly balancing competing demands in fast-paced environments. 3. Excel in cultivating robust partnerships and exerting influence across diverse teams, even without direct authority. 4. Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of comprehending both the overarching strategy and the specific execution elements. 5. Communicate with clarity and assurance, adapting communication styles to suit various audiences, including senior leadership. 6. Demonstrate comfort in navigating ambiguous situations and providing structure to intricate challenges. 7.
