Program Manager, Q&R Digital

Job Description

Join Avantor as a Program Manager and drive impactful, large-scale projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for setting project strategy, defining scope, managing risks, and optimizing resources. Lead vendor partnerships and align stakeholders to achieve program goals. Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and timelines. Act as the primary liaison between Q&R business stakeholders and IT. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners. Track and report program progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership. Contribute to the success of our Quality & Regulatory Digital initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or related discipline. 2. 5+ years of progressive project/program management experience. 3. 3+ years managing large, cross-functional programs in a regulated environment. 4. Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and digital transformation initiatives. 5. Proficiency in software development practices such as Agile. 6. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. 7. Certification(s): Formal program/project management training or certification preferred. 8. Proficiency with MS Office suite (MS Project experience highly desirable).
