Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will: - Spearhead the modeling, setup, execution, and reporting of Partner Seller Rewards. - Manage terms and conditions, and compliance frameworks. - Coordinate dashboard design, vendor onboarding, and IT requirements. - Analyze program performance to suggest enhancements. - Act as the main contact for go-to-market alignment, marketing, and change management. - Collaborate with leadership to create and execute global channel partner-related strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. 8+ years of experience in channel partnerships within the technology sector. 2. 5-8 years of formal program management experience. 3. Strong financial skills, including expert-level Excel proficiency and forecasting abilities. 4. A proven history of managing complex, global programs with cross-functional teams. 5. The capacity to manage multifaceted projects and ensure stakeholder accountability. 6. A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
