Job Description

Take the helm in the comprehensive implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the company's objectives, financial plans, and project timeline. Team up with various departments to fine-tune workforce planning, incorporating it with financial and operational tactics, and achieving quantifiable business results. Build and oversee program management, including drawing up project plans, creating business justifications, setting milestones, and evaluating risks alongside the HR tech team. Offer advice and help guide vital choices and project completion with teams, promoting teamwork. Champion change management efforts to encourage the widespread use of Workday Adaptive Planning throughout the company. Oversee connections with outside suppliers and advisors, making sure their work satisfies company demands and standards. Help put enterprise governance, operational frameworks, and change controls into practice after launch. Find and create company-wide standards and essential performance indicators for success, and examine them for different management assessments. Regularly inform senior leaders and stakeholders with updates, reports, and details to monitor advancement, budgets, and outcomes. Be prepared to travel up to 10% of the time, or as needed.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree or its equivalent plus a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related area plus at least 10 years of experience is typically required. 2. Must have at least 10 years of experience in program or project management, with an emphasis on putting HR or financial systems and business change into action. 3. Have first-hand knowledge of implementing an Operational Workforce Planning system or a workforce planning technology platform (like Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Oracle). 4. Proven ability to manage workforce planning activities after deployment—beyond just system configuration.
