Program Manager IV

Job Description

Centene is seeking a Program Manager IV to oversee the planning and execution of strategic programs and complex, large-scale enterprise-wide projects. This role involves providing leadership and hands-on support to matrixed teams, creating and presenting executive-level communications for program updates. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of program planning, ensure comprehensive timelines, coordinate project managers and business analysts, and create meaningful dashboards for executive updates. Proactive management of risk, budget, and dependencies is essential.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience. 3. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area. 4. Experience managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects. 5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools. 6. Healthcare and/or managed care experience preferred. 7. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
