Production Manager – Latin America

Job Description

As a Production Manager at Triquetra Health, you'll be a working manager, actively involved in daily production tasks such as BOM calculations, PO creation, and documentation management. You'll share ownership of the workload, ensuring process discipline and accuracy. Identify and correct errors in production planning and purchasing, calculate raw material requirements, reconcile inventory, and track yield. You'll create purchase orders, manage inbound documentation, coordinate with manufacturers, track schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor production KPIs, maintain audit-ready documentation, and manage team members effectively.

Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience with BOM management, including raw material calculations and inventory reconciliation. 2. Advanced spreadsheet proficiency in non-ERP environments. 3. Experience managing large datasets across numerous suppliers. 4. Proven ability to maintain accuracy without system safeguards. 5. Direct ownership of PO issuance and inbound documentation management. 6. Proven player-coach experience, comfortable with both operational work and team management. 7. Experience managing contract manufacturers and co-packers, including production order issuance and schedule tracking. 8. Strong attention to detail and a zero-error mindset. 9. Ability to manage multiple production workflows simultaneously. 10. Willingness to work following Eastern Standard Time and use a time tracker.
