Job Description

Take the helm as a Production Manager, guiding your lending sales team at Knock. Mentor your team in mastering client support throughout the lending process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Drive sales growth to surpass company targets, contributing to Knock's overarching objectives. Cultivate a customer-centric culture, delivering exceptional service to both clients and referral partners. Support your team's development by offering guidance, creating resources, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Expand market share by nurturing a network of business relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve obstacles and ensure timely loan closings. Serve as a knowledge resource for Loan Officers, educating them on mortgage services and products. Continuously expand your expertise and support the learning of others. Collaborate with the training coordinator to develop job aids. Maintain required licensing and support your team as needed.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry. 2. Demonstrated success leading teams of Mortgage Loan Originators as a Regional or Branch manager, or related position in the mortgage industry. 3. You are a great coach, a team player, and a fantastic communicator. 4. You get important $#!+ done and see initiatives through to completion. 5. An innate drive to fix or improve what you see broken around you and ability to operate independently. 6. Subject matter expert in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines. 7. Experience using Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Customer Relationship Management Systems. 8. Belief in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that will further Knock’s commitment to making an impact, learning, putting people first, being open, and courageous. 9. Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced leading a distributed team. 10.
