Production Designer – Medical Communications

Job Description

As a Production Designer, you'll play a key role in translating scientific communications into visually appealing design deliverables across diverse channels. Your responsibilities include: - Crafting a wide array of engaging design deliverables with precision. - Collaborating with team members to interpret briefs and manage timelines. - Cultivating strong relationships to foster a collaborative team environment. - Supporting the broader creative team in workload management. - Adhering to established processes to optimize efficiency. - Ensuring all designs align with branding guidelines. - Working closely with team members to guarantee high-quality outputs that meet requirements. - Reviewing team members' work to uphold quality standards when needed. - Regularly communicating with account teams to confirm project details and negotiate timelines. - Consistently delivering high-standard work on time and within budget.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. A strong appreciation for design excellence and a keen eye for quality. 2. Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator (minimum 2 years). 3. Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, including advanced formatting, interactivity, and animation. 4. A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced agency and client demands. 5. Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. 6. Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in design. 7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively understand and convey requirements. 8. A team-focused mindset, leading by example and promoting team alignment. 9. A strong drive to acquire new skills across video, interactive media, and presentations. 10. While experience in the MedComms or Healthcare industry is preferred, it's not essential.
