Job Description

Join ServiceTitan as a Product Success Specialist and drive the adoption of AI Virtual Agents. You'll onboard new customers, conduct product demos, and optimize usage to ensure customer retention. Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product and other teams to improve our offerings.

Qualifications

1. 2-4 years in customer success, account management, implementation, or solutions engineering, ideally in a SaaS or technical product environment. 2. Proven track record of owning the post-sale relationship: activation, adoption, retention, and renewal. 3. Comfortable with technical aspects like configuration and troubleshooting. 4. Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for customers. 5. Data-driven mindset to prioritize tasks and identify risks. 6. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience in the home services industry is a plus. 8. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. 9. BA/BS degree preferred.
