Cultivate impactful partnerships with leading aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and KOLs in Cape Town North. Translate complex scientific and clinical data into compelling insights that highlight AbbVie's value. Lead strategic discussions focused on enhancing patient outcomes, promoting practice growth, and advancing category development. Serve as a trusted regional ambassador for the Allergan Aesthetics brand. Anticipate and respond to shifts in the aesthetic landscape. Champion continuous learning by staying informed on scientific developments, industry innovations, and evolving HCP needs. Collaborate seamlessly across various functions while maintaining adherence to AbbVie’s ethical and operational standards.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related discipline (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharm, BMedSci); postgraduate business qualifications are advantageous. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, or medical device sales - preferably within an advanced or specialty setting. 3. Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth in complex, competitive markets. 4. Demonstrated success in developing KOL networks, influencing decision-makers, and executing territory strategy. 5. Strong business acumen with advanced analytical and digital fluency (MS Office, CRM systems). 6. Uncompromising commitment to ethics, compliance, and corporate responsibility. 7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Cape Town North region, including extended hours when required.
