Product Owner
Job Description
Assume ownership and responsibility for managing the product backlog, ensuring its thorough definition, prioritization, and alignment with the overarching product strategy. Translate high-level product vision and requirements into detailed user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria. Work in close collaboration with Engineering teams to meticulously plan, refine, and deliver high-quality product increments. Support the migration from on-premise systems to the Cloud, ensuring scalability, optimal performance, and enhanced usability. Collaborate actively on embedding Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the product, working closely with technical teams to seamlessly support implementation efforts. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement workshops, and comprehensive reviews. Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs rigorously to ensure clarity, feasibility, and testability. Monitor delivery progress closely, identify potential risks or blockers proactively, and drive resolution effectively. Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather valuable feedback and continuously refine product requirements. Ensure a strong emphasis on quality, enhanced usability, and maximum customer value throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role within Agile environments. 2. Experience delivering B2B SaaS products, ideally in cloud-based platforms. 3. Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver complex products. 4. Experience supporting desktop-to-cloud migrations is highly desirable. 5. Exposure to AI-driven product features or data-led products is a plus. 6. Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments. 7. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams. 8. Excellent backlog management and prioritization skills. 9. Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams. 10. Detail-oriented with the ability to balance tactical delivery and broader product goals. 11. Problem-solver with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude. 12. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern software architectures is advantageous. 13. Nice to Have: Experience in LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) or Climate Tech. 14. Background in sustainability, ESG, or carbon accounting solutions.
