Job Description
Lead the development of productivity applications for small businesses in Brazil. Responsibilities include: 1. Sequencing features in each release, breaking them down into Epics and User Stories. 2. Documenting service flows and business rules defined for the solution. 3. Ensuring the backlog is prepared in advance, updated, prioritized, and reflects strategic product decisions. 4. Ensuring backlog items do not age, respecting SLA and agreed policies regarding the flow. 5. Classifying tasks based on impact, effort, and dependencies identified by the team. 6. Discarding tasks with low business value, or those that are not viable from a user experience or technological perspective, reporting the reason for discarding to the requester. 7. Creating and detailing user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases. 8. Ensuring stories are clear to the team and reflect the needs of users and the business. 9. Defining and validating the acceptance criteria expected for deliveries. 10. Collaborating actively with the engineering team in their cadences and channels to clarify doubts during the work cycle. 11. Functionally approving team deliveries. 12. Monitoring work items from other teams that affect the product. 13. Documenting minutes and agreements resulting from refinements and interactions with the engineering team.
Qualifications
1. Experience in digital product management. 2. Knowledge of Social Networks: understanding of how the main platforms work (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), such as business rules, delivery algorithms, and APIs for scheduling and data collection. 3. Experience with product development using agile processes and methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. 4. Proficiency in writing User Stories, conducting refinements, backlog management, Roadmap, and defining frameworks or prioritization criteria. 5. Knowledge of the OKRs methodology to ensure your team delivers not only functionalities but also results (outcome-driven). 6. Ability to identify or select good problems and hypotheses and be able to conduct them from product discovery to product delivery. 7. Holistic view of the product and data-driven approach, considering data and perspectives from different areas for the construction of the product strategy. 8. Ability to reconcile current problems with strategy and long-term vision on the product. 9. Knowledge of product lifecycle. 10. Technical product autonomy to deal with complex scenarios and promote a collaborative creation environment with the team. 11. Technical background is not necessary, but it is essential to understand technical terms to be able to communicate with the development team.
