Product Owner

Job Description

As a Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of our product delivery, focusing on operational leadership. Your primary responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining Jira boards across multiple squads to ensure seamless workflow. - Coordinating product and feature launches across mobile, web, and CTV platforms for maximum reach. - Taking ownership of the bug tracking and triage process in Jira to maintain product quality. - Supporting and facilitating sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) to promote agile practices. - Collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Product Owner, you should possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. 2. Scrum Master certification. 3. 3-5+ years of experience in product, program, or delivery management roles. 4. Strong experience managing work in Jira (boards, workflows, reporting). 5. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. 6. Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously. 7. Experience coordinating cross-functional product delivery. 8. Familiarity with release management across multiple platforms. 9. Comfort working closely with engineering teams on technical execution.
