Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

Become an expert on our buyers, understanding their needs, how they make purchases, and their key buying criteria. Analyze the competitive market, understanding our competition and their market positioning. Work with product management and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that appeals to our target buyer's personalities. Document our buyer's process, noting where they find information and the reasons behind their decisions. Influence sales and marketing processes with your insights. Ensure consistency across all product and marketing channels throughout the client lifecycle. Create a marketing plan for supported products with our marketing team, including activities and budgets for customer retention and new customer acquisition. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and report required changes. Coordinate product launches and releases with the product team, managing the implementation. Act as a thought leader for supported products externally, through speaking and written content. Support sales channels by training them on solving problems for buyers and users, creating internal tools and external collateral. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the platform and the value of Riskonnect’s integrated risk management platform. Provide feedback to influence the product roadmap. Set measurable goals for product adoption and content engagement. Communicate goals, processes, and success stories internally.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field. 2. Experience with SaaS marketing. 3. Strong writing skills for marketing purposes. 4. Comfortable with public speaking. 5. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong project management abilities. 8. Experience launching products. 9. Background in risk management.
