Job Description

Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for novel products, enhancements, and feature rollouts. Transform overarching product and corporate strategies into succinct marketing blueprints, communication frameworks, and project schedules. Collaborate closely with the Marketing SVP to establish core positioning, communication, and initial outreach strategies. Take ownership of launch planning and facilitate coordination among marketing, product development, operations, and patient support teams. Oversee project timelines and ensure that marketing deliverables align seamlessly with product and operational readiness. Synchronize deliverables across marketing divisions, including creative, brand narrative, content creation, engagement strategies, and online marketing initiatives. Perform comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to refine product positioning and identify growth prospects. Pinpoint potential market opportunities and convert insights into tangible product improvements or enhanced messaging strategies. Monitor launch outcomes and perform post-launch evaluations, identifying areas to refine messaging, positioning tactics, or overall expansion strategies. Contribute to assessing new product ideas or commercial ventures by grounding concepts in market data, analysis, and user feedback. Engage in executive discussions concerning new projects, ensuring that pivotal strategic decisions are translated into actionable plans.

Qualifications

1. Possess 4-8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth marketing. 2. Demonstrated experience in launching physical consumer products (ecommerce, supplements, skincare, wellness, or consumer health strongly preferred). 3. Proven ability to thrive in high-growth startup environments. 4. Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities. 5. Ability to translate complex product ideas into clear messaging and positioning. 6. Analytical acumen and comfort with market research and performance analysis. 7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of leadership. 8. Ability to manage multiple launches and priorities simultaneously. 9. Strategic thinker who can connect product, brand, and growth.
