Product Manager – Postgres Platform

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Postgres platform initiatives. This role involves engaging with developers, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features to enhance our database offerings. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with developers to understand their needs. - Driving production adoption of Multigres. - Defining problem statements, requirements, and success metrics for each capability. - Prioritizing tasks across various product surfaces. - Ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and leadership on the product roadmap.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or experience as a founder with strong product instincts. 2. Experience shipping products where the database behavior is a core part of the user experience. 3. A bias towards speed and efficient execution. 4. The ability to build and take ownership of your work. 5. An understanding of how to use AI to accelerate development. 6. A preference for asynchronous work environments.
