Product Manager – Integrations

Job Description

Shape the future of security integration as a Product Manager at Flare. Define the product vision and roadmap, connecting Flare to customers' existing security stacks. Collaborate with partners and engineering to translate business priorities into shipped integrations. Help shape Flare's emerging MCP strategy as AI-native integrations become a growing part of the ecosystem.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience managing a technology marketplace, partner program, or integration ecosystem. 2. Strong business acumen: think in terms of adoption, revenue impact, and partner economics. 3. Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or ITDR platforms and how security teams use them operationally; experience with tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or comparable platforms is a strong asset. 4. Comfort with API and integration concepts, including emerging standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol); hold a technical conversation. 5. Product Management and strategic planning skills, including developing product roadmaps and influencing. 6. Strong relationship-building skills with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. 7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
