Product Manager

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive product outcomes that address critical business challenges within our kidney care platform. This role involves defining product vision, strategy, and OKRs for your designated product area. You will also be responsible for executing the product vision across various applications for diverse user groups. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you'll break down complex problems into viable product solutions in partnership with engineering, design, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. 2+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products 3. Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead 4. Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills 5. Inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution 6. Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines. 7. An ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly 8. Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains 9. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals 10. Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch (preferred) 11. Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features, creating complex spreadsheets or presentations, working in health care, or working towards the delivery of web or mobile applications (preferred)
