Job Description

PayFacto is seeking a skilled Data Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise data platform. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data science teams to design and deliver scalable features. Drive adoption and satisfaction among internal users. Coordinate cross-functional launches and ensure operational readiness. Promote AI readiness by ensuring data pipelines support Machine Learning models. Work with business units to align priorities and ensure successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

1. 5 to 9 years of relevant experience. 2. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 3. Strong data literacy. 4. Strong product management skills. 5. Experience with AI/ML or analytics products (a plus).
